Event Safety

Thanks to our experience of managing large and small scale events both nationally and internationally, we have the skills and qualifications to manage the entire safety of your event. In the important planning stages we can liaise with all relevant stakeholders (Police, Ambulance, Fire Service Etc) ensuring that your event is designed around a safety first approach.

 

We specialise in developing tailored event safety management plans along with risk assessments, fire risk assessments, crowd management plans or security plans and any other required safety documentation ensuring that all the vital elements of your event are covered.

Event Production

Event production is where we work with you to turn your ideas into something tangible. We listen intently with the goal of turning your vision into a reality. To do this we will come up with a budget and an agreed production schedule allowing us, and yourself as the client, to always keep on track.

We can design your site and will advise on all technical requirements for you event.

There are many moving parts when putting together an event, we manage the logistics of them all to ensure that all stages including the planning, site build, event phase and de-rig are carried out in a safe and successful manner.

Event Management

If your event is going to be successful, it's vital to have the right team in place when it is live. We can provide the right personnel for all key roles. Our team have extensive experience and we can provide event controllers, safety officers, crowd managers, security managers, stage managers, artist liaison teams, logistics managers as well as event programmers.

In the early planning stages we will determine workforce requirements and ensure we have the right person in each role.

 

Outside of our team we work with a large network of event professionals and specialists so no matter the role, we can fill it.
